Website Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Maximillion Funding LLC (“Maximillion,” “we,” “us”) handles information submitted through this website. A separate federal privacy notice may apply when you become a customer or otherwise establish a covered financial relationship with us.

Information we collect

The public contact form asks only for limited lead information such as your name, email address, telephone number, preferred language, state, mortgage goal, preferred contact method and timing. When you arrive through an advertisement, we may also retain campaign attribution included in the page address, such as UTM parameters, the referring site and path, or a Google click identifier, so we can measure which campaigns generated an inquiry. Query strings from referring pages are removed. We may receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as timestamps, browser information and request logs. Salted one-way identifiers derived from network or contact information may be retained in short time buckets to limit abuse; the rate-limit table does not store the raw value.

How we use information

• Respond to your request and provide mortgage-related information;
• Route your inquiry to our mortgage workflow and maintain a record of consent;
• Protect the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
• Measure website performance using privacy-conscious, properly configured tools when enabled.

How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, communications, customer relationship management, compliance and mortgage operations under appropriate contractual and security controls. Information entered in a submitted form may be included in a notification email to Maximillion Funding’s designated inbox and stored in our access-controlled contact CRM. We do not sell website lead information. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order or a government authority, or to protect legal rights and prevent fraud or harm.

AI-assisted mortgage guide

The website may offer an AI-assisted educational chat in English or Hindi. Questions are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response and, for time-sensitive questions, to search a limited set of official government and housing-finance sources. Do not enter an address, Social Security number, date of birth, bank or card information, income or asset figures, credit information, passwords or documents in chat. We retain operational session information such as language, source page, topic, message count and time, but do not intentionally store chat message bodies in the CRM.

The AI guide provides general education only. It does not make credit decisions, determine eligibility, issue approvals, provide a personalized rate, or accept a mortgage application.

Communications and choice

Submitting the contact form requests a response by the channel you choose. Optional consent for marketing calls or texts is separate and is not a condition of receiving mortgage services. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and may request that marketing emails stop by using the unsubscribe mechanism or contacting us. Message and data rates may apply.

Career inquiry information

The careers form is separate from the mortgage lead form. It may collect your name, contact details, work location, area of professional interest, licensing status, optional NMLS identifier, experience range and a short professional message. We use this information to evaluate and respond to interest in current or future work opportunities, maintain recruiting records, protect against fraud and meet legal obligations. Submitting a career inquiry does not add you to borrower marketing.

Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, identity documents, salary history, protected medical information or other sensitive or protected-class information in the careers form. Career information may be shared with recruiting, legal, compliance and technology service providers that need it for those purposes, and is retained only as reasonably needed for recruiting and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Data security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No system is completely secure. We retain information only as needed for the purpose collected, legal and regulatory obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate business records. Mortgage advertising records may be retained for at least the period required by applicable law.

Your privacy requests

Subject to applicable law and exemptions, you may ask to access, correct or delete website information associated with you, or ask questions about our practices. This website is intended for adults seeking mortgage information and is not directed to children under 13.
